About Sam

Born in St. Louis, Sam was raised by a family of musicians, and is so grateful to have been surrounded by music his entire life.

Sam grew up playing Alto Saxophone, Piano, Guitar, and singing in multiple esteemed choruses in St. Louis, including Opera Theater St. Louis and the St. Louis Children’s Choir. As he aged, Sam discovered his love for acting during High School, and found himself transitioning into the world of Musical Theater in college.

Sam graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelors in Musical Theater with such honors as “Outstanding Senior Award” from the Bass School of Music, Summa Cum Laude and Cum Honore.

Since his graduation, Sam has relocated to New York, and loves to spend his free time cooking, exploring the city’s parks and restaurants, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends.

Sam is also an avid camper and hiker, as he has been to National Parks all over the United States, including the Smoky Mountains, the Rockies, Acadia, Yellowstone, Yosemite, the Grand Tetons and Zion to name a few. While camping, he loves to explore local cuisine, and has a soft spot for local diners, as you can see from the picture on the right.
